Sheer Bliss Back Conditioning Treatment: 45 minutes £35.00

This treatment will condition, soothe and hydrate the upper back area. Excellent for oily, sun damaged or dry skin conditions as your therapist will blend the products to suit your needs. A soothing, relaxing scalp treatment is included which, if used with the hair treatment oil (optional), deeply conditions the hair.

Back scrub to refine and retexture the skin
* Sea salt infused with lavender, ylang ylang and mandarin to promote cell regeneration, heal and balance. Blend is extremely rich in vitamins

Back mask to cleanse and detoxify the area
* Contains mineral rich seaweed; a great skin tonic with antiseptic and healing properties

Back massage to complete the treatment
* Using essential oils that assist, detoxify, balance and hydrate

Body Scrub and Mask: 50 minutes £40.00

Body polish to leave the skin feeling soft and supple, followed by an oil based body mask that stimulates, detoxifies and regenerates the skin. The mask also includes pomegranate extract, a powerful anti-oxidant.

The treatment does not require shower facilities.

Decolletage Chocolate Indulgence: 45 minutes £35.00

Treatment for the sensitive skin of the upper chest which can often be dehydrated and sun damaged. We apply a soothing mask to refine, cleanse and condition, followed by a rich chocolate cream massage to hydrate and moisturise your skin and stimulate your senses. To compliment your treatment, a moisture enriched mask and invigoratingmassage will be included to heal and nurture hard working hands.

Indian Head Massage: 30 minutes £25.00

A seated massage that helps de-stress, improve concentration levels and release muscular tension. It involves traditional massage techniques to the head, neck, face and shoulders and can be performed through clothing.

LaStone Therapy: 75 minutes £60.00

Goes beyond the physical experience of a typical massage and enters even deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and wellbeing. Combines traditional massage with the use of smooth, heated basalt stones which are applied to the body as an extension of the therapist's hands. Cold stones can also be used to aid healing and this therapy is clinically known as 'geothermatherapy'.

Quickslim Body Wrap: 75 minutes £50.00 or 3 for £130.00

Unique, dry wrap using a gel which is applied to the areas of the body being treated. A synergistic blend of natural plant extracts allows trapped excess fluids to diffuse out of the body through it's own system of elimination. Inches are lost and not weight in general, although some weight loss may occur.

Unlike weight loss treatments that depend on perspiration, drinking does not replace the lost inches.

Quickslim also aids detoxification, improves skin texture and contouring of the body.

Reiki: 45 minutes £30.00

Reiki is a safe and simple hands-on healing technique which can help with most conditions as it supports the bodies natural ability to heal itself and stay at optimum functioning levels. It works on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Since you should be relaxed as possible it is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothes. You may feel Reiki as a flow of heat or a tingling sensation, ultimately relaxing and energising.

Chakra Basti Massage: 60 minutes £45.00

An ancient Ayurvedic treatment which involves applying warm medicated oil to a specific area (contained by freshly made dough rings) and allowing it to penetrate for 20 minutes. These 'washes' create very deep, penetrating heat that allows the healing qualities of the oil to profoundly infiltrate the tissue.

The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit language meaning wheel or disk. Prana (life force) moves through the Chakras to produce different states equated in modern science as chemical changes produced by secretions of endocrine glands and ductless glands entering the bloodstream.

Prana passes through the Chakras and into a complex network of thousands of subtle energy channels known as nadis.

Each chakra is said to have a distinct purpose and function, affected by what is thought and felt. Chakras are said to be aspects of our pyschology that interact with the physical body through two major vehicles: the endocrine system and the nervous system.

Each of the seven chakras is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands, in addition to a group of nerves called a plexus.

Chakra Basti (cleansing) balances the prana moving through the chakras and glands of the body.

Basti means bladder or to cleanse or wash. Chakra Basti is an effective and soothing system that involves marinating/washing specific local reas of the body in warm oil.
